1. Data controller

2. Personal data we collect

• Identification & contact: name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number.
• Order data: products purchased, purchase date, amount, currency and order reference.
• Payment data: processed by our payment providers. We receive confirmation and limited details (such as the last digits or a transaction ID); we do not store full card numbers.
• Usage data: basic information about how you access the app and site (e.g. log-in events, device/browser, IP address) for security and to operate the service.
• Analytics & advertising data: cookie, pixel and device identifiers and related activity (e.g. pages viewed, clicks, purchases) collected through the technologies described in section 8, used for analytics, measurement and advertising.
• Support data: the content of messages you send us.

3. Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To deliver your purchase and provide access — performance of our contract with you.
• To provide support and manage refunds/cancellations — contract and our legitimate interest in helping customers.
• To process payments and prevent fraud — contract, legal obligation and legitimate interest.
• To send service messages (confirmation, access, billing) — contract.
• To send marketing (only where applicable) — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To run analytics, measure performance and show personalised advertising and remarketing — your consent for non-essential cookies and similar technologies, which you can withdraw at any time.
• To comply with legal and tax obligations — legal obligation.

Under the LGPD these correspond to bases including execution of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, legitimate interest and consent.

4. Who we share data with

We share data only with service providers who help us run the business, under appropriate agreements: payment processors, email/WhatsApp communication tools, hosting and analytics providers, advertising and measurement platforms (such as Meta and Google), and professional or legal advisers where required. We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

We operate from Brazil and serve customers worldwide, so your data may be processed in countries other than your own, including by providers located outside the EU or Brazil. Where data is transferred internationally, we rely on appropriate safeguards permitted under the GDPR and LGPD (such as standard contractual clauses or an adequate level of protection).

6. How long we keep data

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above — typically while you are a customer and for the period afterwards required to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations or to resolve disputes. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to: access your data; correct it; request deletion; restrict or object to processing; data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and confirm the existence of processing. EU residents may also lodge a complaint with their local supervisory authority; Brazilian residents may contact the ANPD. 8. Cookies, tracking & advertising

Our website and app use cookies, pixels, SDKs and similar technologies. Some are strictly necessary to run the service (for example, to keep you logged in). Others are optional and used for analytics, advertising and measurement.

To understand how our pages and campaigns perform and to show relevant offers, we use third-party analytics and advertising platforms. These may include the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel, Google analytics and advertising tags, and comparable tools from advertising partners. Through these technologies we may:

• measure visits, sign-ups and purchases, and the performance of our pages and ads (conversion tracking);
• build audiences and show you our ads on other platforms and websites (remarketing / retargeting);
• cap how often an ad is shown and assess whether our advertising is effective.

These optional technologies share certain information (such as cookie or device identifiers, pages viewed and actions taken) with the relevant platform, which may process it as an independent controller under its own privacy policy.

Your choices. Analytics and advertising cookies are non-essential and rely on your consent. Where required — including for visitors in the EU/EEA — we request your consent through a cookie banner before any non-essential tracking runs, and you can change or withdraw it at any time. You can also manage cookies in your browser and control ad personalisation directly with the platforms (for example, through your Meta ad preferences and Google ad settings). Withdrawing consent does not affect access to a program you have purchased.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and to address any incident appropriately.

10. Children

Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy; the "last updated" date reflects the current version, and we will communicate material changes where appropriate.
