1. Who we are

2. Our products

BSheep sells digital educational products for general wellness, beauty and lifestyle, delivered as web apps and video lessons. All products are digital; we do not sell or ship physical goods. Product descriptions, prices and any recurring terms are shown at checkout.

3. Access to your program

• After a successful payment you receive access immediately, by email and WhatsApp, plus on-screen instructions.
• You access your program by logging in with the email address used at purchase. Keep your access details secure; access is for your personal use and is not transferable.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the contact details you provide. If you enter an incorrect email, contact support and we'll help.

4. Payment & billing

• Prices and the applicable currency are shown before you confirm. We sell internationally and may process charges in several currencies, most commonly the Euro.
• Payments are handled by third-party payment processors; we don't store your full card details.
• Subscriptions. Where a product is recurring, the price and billing interval are clearly displayed at checkout and restated in your confirmation email. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time with no fee — see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• Your billing statement shows the descriptor BSHEEP.

5. Refunds & cancellation

Purchases are covered by a 7-day money-back guarantee, with case-by-case consideration afterward, and subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. The full terms are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. License & intellectual property

All BSheep content — apps, videos, text, images and materials — is owned by BSheep or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for your own personal use. You may not copy, resell, redistribute, publicly share or create derivative works from the content without our written permission.

7. Acceptable use

• Don't share your access with others or attempt to download, scrape or republish the content.
• Don't use the service unlawfully or in a way that disrupts it or infringes others' rights.
• We may suspend access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

8. Health & results disclaimer

BSheep programs are educational and for general wellness, beauty and lifestyle purposes only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and are not a substitute for consultation with a qualified health professional. Always seek professional advice before changing your diet, exercise or routine, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication or have a medical condition. 9. Limitation of liability

The programs are provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, BSheep is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the content. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law, including mandatory consumer protections in your country.

10. Privacy, cookies & tracking

We process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, which complies with the EU GDPR and Brazil's LGPD. By using our website and pages you acknowledge that we use cookies and tracking technologies — including analytics and advertising tools such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Google tags, used for measurement and remarketing — as described in that policy and subject to the consent choices we offer there.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without affecting mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
